	2000: Started training at Seibukan Karate Club with Alan Campbell Sensei. 2001-2004: Trained intensively on numerous International Courses with the likes of ; Tetsuhiko Asai – Masao Kagawa – Koshi Kanayama – Takeshi Yamaguchi – Yutaka Koike – Yasuhisa Inada – Makita – Uwe Scwhem – Alan Campbell – Scott Langley – Takeo Matsui – Hirotaka Hayashi. 2005: Passed Shodan with Yamaguchi & Kanayama Sensei's. JKS (GB) National Championships: won Gold medal in both Senior Kata & Kumite (Female Grand Champion). 2006: Appointed Seibukan Junior Assistant Instructor. 2007: Passed Nidan with Alan Campbell & Scott Langley Sensei. 2008: Appointed Seibukan Senior Assistant Instructor. Appointed Joint Seibukan Junior Squad Coach. Won Bronze medal, Women's Senior Kumite, JKS European Championships.
